Buddha seated on a rectangular throne supported by two bulls and in between them a dharma wheel. The Buddha is dressed in a sumptously pleated robe and has a muscular biceps. The face is round, lips and nose are small. With his hands he displays the dharmachakrapavartina mudra, the gesture of furthering the dharma. This is a typical depiction of Gandharan Buddhist sculpture with Greco-Roman influence.
