A charming china statue of Guanyin sitting peacefully on a lion with his left knee pulled to the chest. Guanyin is holding a lotus flower in his left hand, his face is friendly and calm with a faint smile and looking down. The hair are open and floating over his back and shoulders casually. The Chinese lion is lying comfortably but with a fierce face. The tail and mane look like small clouds. Guanyin mounted on a lion is also called ""Shimhanada Avalokiteshvara"" or ""Guanyin of the lion’s roar"", referring to the intensity of the moment of enlightenment.
