Very minerally， very‘irony’nose. Total breed. Lots of great， fresh， violetty fruit. So silky and such finesse. So sweet at the end. It sometimes has a bouquet of wild boar （the cooked version!）， a glorious， gamey taste and a lovely aniseed finish. In 2012， a superlative‘exotic’nose. Superb， irony centre.
