简介：Chinese Hung Mu Student Desk 红木高束腰带屉小条桌
Chinese, ca 1875-1908. A Hung Mu student desk having rectangular top over two aligned drawers and carved frieze, resting on square legs; ht. 33, wd. 37.25, dp. 18.5 in. Believed to have been custom built for a young man from a wealthy family in the early Kuang Hsu Period of the Ching Dynasty. Purchased from consignor from antique dealer Jessie Zee of Dallas, Texas in 1989.
