The Sichuan Copper Coin is the currency cast by the local government of Sichuan Province during the late Qing and Beiyang periods. In October 1911， the Revolution of 1911 broke out. In December， Sichuan established the Dahan Sichuan Military Government. The Sichuan Military Government took over the Sichuan Mint Branch in Chengdu. In order to meet the needs of the military and road-moving movements， the former Qinglong silver and copper coins were abolished， and the Sichuan silver and copper coins model was newly created. Since 1912， the Sichuan Mint officially opened the Sichuan Han government’s “Han” silver and copper coins. . Because the“military government made Sichuan copper coins”has a small circulation， the circulation time is short， and it has a high artistic appreciation value and cultural relic value.
