简介：In order to express the deep memory and lofty respect for Premier Zhou Enlai， on January 8， 1977， the former Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued a set of four commemorative stamps (Figure 2) named J13“The First Anniversary of the Death of Comrade Zhou Enlai， a Great Proletarian Revolutionist and Outstanding Communist Soldier of the Chinese People”， which were all based on historical photographs. This is the first set of commemorative stamps issued for leaders in China.
